Refund policy

At KAAVI INDIA, customer satisfaction is our priority.

Returns

We accept returns only in the following cases:

• Product received is damaged
• Product received is defective
• Wrong product delivered

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with images or video proof.

Returned products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

Refunds

Once your return is approved and inspected:

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
• Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect

Non-Returnable Items

Products will not be eligible for return if:

• Used or washed
• Damaged due to customer handling
• Return request made after 48 hours
